Carers are very important people in the community, giving their time to someone who is unable to live unsupported. Often this means that their own lives are affected and they have very little time for themselves.
It is important for Carers to have some respite as this helps them to cope with, often difficult circumstances and are then less likely to become ill themselves!

Ali Ladak-Success for Charity

Six years ago, Sue met a gentleman by the name of Ali Ladak. Ali wanted a career change, but one that could help others too. I supported him through his training as a Holistic Therapist and he has been very successful in his career. Since qualifying Ali has gained extra qualifications and now devotes a lot of time and energy to supporting LOROS and Coping with Cancer.
Recently Ali organized and hosted an Holistic Show at the Peepul Centre in Leicester. He managed with the help of therapists...
